I contacted Robert two days before a week long trip to Romania with friends. I was in a serious pickle because we have never visited Romania and needed to traverse the country to visit my daughter who is working in the north mountain region temporarily. Robert quickly assured me I would be taken care of and immediately got to work planning tours, setting up transportation, dining reservation, lodging and more. He also set my party up on the Trip Plans app to share the itinerary and details for us. More impressive Robert did all of this amidst his own vacation. We visited Bucharest, Brasov, Fagaras, Sibiu, and many other small villages is a week with no problems. Castles, Fortresses, historic sites, museums, dining, and nightlife was awesome.
